Applying for Chartered Environmentalist

The application procedure is outlined in the Application Pack, available below.

Chartered Environmentalist status is only open to Voting Members (Full and Fellow) of the IES. Details of how to join the IES can be found in the Joining the Institution section of this site. Alternatively if you are an existing Associate Member and would like to be considered for re-grading, please fill in the re-grade form before applying for CEnv.

Application to Chartership is through a "Three Stage Process" which is summarised in the pack. We advise applicants to read through the application pack thoroughly before applying.

The assessment process shall be completed in English. Applicants wishing to apply in Welsh and other languages should contact SocEnv for further information.
